A resistor box is an electrical apparatus that provides precisely adjustable resistance values, typically built from high-stability resistance elements (wirewound or alloy) and offering stepped resistance adjustment via switches, knobs or plug-in connections. It delivers high accuracy, stability and thermal performance for any test or control system requiring strict resistance control. Resistor boxes are widely used in electrical / electronic laboratories, metrology and certification organizations, industrial automation and power-equipment testing — including circuit analysis and parameter verification in research and education; load simulation for power supplies, motors and inverters; commissioning and calibration in industrial control cabinets; testing and maintenance of new-energy systems (energy storage, solar PV, EV charging); calibration and verification of measurement instruments.

标准柜体尺寸单台 5 kW 至 5 MW，多柜并联可达 20 MW 用于电网级发电机测试。电压等级 400 V、690 V、6.6 kV、11 kV、33 kV。阻值按您的测试规程（连续、阶跃、斜坡）定制。标准尺寸矩阵见 /products/resistor-box。
有哪些端子类型和接线方式可选？
电阻柜可配铜母排（M10/M12 螺柱）用于固定安装，或绝缘 Cam-Lok（J 系列，每相 400 A）用于便携测试设备。双母排可达更高电流（连续 1500 A）。端子按 IEC 60446 色标（棕/黑/灰 + 黄绿接地）。室外使用可选 NEMA 3R 防风雨端子箱。
电阻柜是否适合户外或船用环境？
标准柜为 IP23（室内防护）。户外使用可选 IP54 百叶柜（防雨防尘）和 IP65 全密封内置热交换器。船用级采用 316 不锈钢外壳与环氧涂层端子，按 IEC 60068-2-52 通过盐雾测试。工作温度环境 −40°C 至 +55°C；可选热带防护（TH）涂层。
电阻柜可以有多个抽头或可编程阻值步进吗？
可以 —— 常见配置包括手动选择开关（5–10 个固定抽头）、电动接触器组（2–256 个二进制编码步进，通过 Modbus RTU 或 Ethernet/IP）、以及伺服驱动滑片连续可变。十进制盒式样带 0.1 Ω 分辨率至 1 MΩ 也可供实验室计量使用。告知您的控制接口和步进分辨率以获取定制报价。
