概述
Cement resistors are power-type resistors made by winding high-stability alloy wire, encapsulating it in a heat-resistant ceramic shell, and filling the outer layer with flame-retardant insulating cement. The resulting structure is robust, with excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy and mechanical strength — providing stable long-term operation under high loads and harsh conditions. They deliver good thermal performance and a relatively low temperature coefficient, making them well-suited for power dissipation, current limiting and voltage division in critical circuit nodes.

水泥电阻是否阻燃，是否适合开关电源使用？
是 —— 我们的水泥外壳达 UL94 V-0 阻燃等级，无机耐火水泥即使内部元件烧毁也不会延烧。因此成为开关电源、照明镇流器、电机启动等需要单故障安全场合的首选。工作温度 −40°C 至 +275°C（壳温）。
水泥电阻、绕线电阻和金属膜电阻有什么区别？
结构不同：水泥电阻是绕线元件外加阻燃水泥块（1–100 W、耐浪涌）；纯绕线是同样元件加玻璃釉或硅胶涂层（更紧凑但耐用性低些）；金属膜是陶瓷基溅射膜（更小、低功率 1/8–3 W、低噪声）。安全+功率选水泥，功率密度选绕线，低功率信号路径精度选金属膜。
有哪些引线/端接方式 —— 轴向、径向还是 PCB？
三种均有。轴向引线（SQP 系列）用于直插或底盘安装，1–100 W；径向引线（SQM 系列）用于 PCB 立式安装，1–25 W；25 W 以上大电流可选片状端子（M3/M4 螺柱或快插）。引线为镀锡铜线，直径 0.6–1.2 mm；定制更长引线或成型可订购。
水泥电阻对脉冲和浪涌电流的承受能力如何？
优秀 —— 绕线元件加水泥封装提供高热容量并防止电弧。典型短脉冲耐量：额定功率 10 倍持续 1 秒、50 倍持续 100 ms。电容单次放电：5W 水泥可吸收约 5 J，25W 约 30 J。是开关电源和电机驱动器中浪涌电流限制和缓冲的理想选择。
水泥电阻在潮湿或沿海环境中是否防潮？
标准水泥具有中等吸湿性 —— 在正常室内环境下使用没问题。高湿（>85% RH 连续）或盐雾暴露场景，我们提供环氧浸渍和硅胶涂覆版本，可通过 96 小时湿热试验（IEC 60068-2-78）和 48 小时盐雾试验（IEC 60068-2-11），阻值无可测变化。订购耐湿版本请加后缀 “HR”。
