Welche Anschlusstypen und Verbindungsoptionen sind verfügbar?
Schränke werden mit Kupfer-Stromschienen (M10/M12-Bolzen) für feste Installation oder isolierten Cam-Lok (J-Serie, 400 A pro Phase) für tragbare Prüfsätze geliefert. Höhere Ströme mit Doppelschienen (1500 A Dauerstrom). Anschlüsse farbcodiert nach IEC 60446 (braun/schwarz/grau + grün/gelb Erde). Optional NEMA 3R wetterfeste Anschlussbox für Außeneinsatz.
Sind Ihre Widerstandsboxen für Außen- oder Marineumgebung geeignet?
Standardschrank ist IP23 (Innenraum geschützt). Für Außeneinsatz IP54-Lüfterschränke (regen- und staubgeschützt) und IP65 vollverkapselt mit interner Wärmetauscher. Marine-Variante: 316-Edelstahlgehäuse mit epoxidbeschichteten Anschlüssen, salzsprühnebelgeprüft nach IEC 60068-2-52. Betriebstemperatur −40°C bis +55°C Umgebung; tropische (TH) Beschichtung optional.
Können Widerstandsschränke mehrere Abgriffe oder programmierbare Widerstandsstufen haben?
Ja — gängige Konfigurationen: manuelle Wahlschalter (5–10 feste Abgriffe), motorisierte Schützbänke (2–256 binärcodierte Stufen via Modbus RTU oder Ethernet/IP), und kontinuierlich variabel via servomotorischen Schleifer. Dekadenboxen mit 0,1 Ω Auflösung bis 1 MΩ für Laborkalibrierung. Steuerschnittstelle und Stufenauflösung für maßgeschneidertes Angebot mitteilen.
Wie lang ist die Lieferzeit für einen vollständig kundenspezifischen Widerstandsschrank?
